This master’s diploma is the comprehensive research of legal protection of the psychological health of Employees. During research have been examined and summarized international, regional and national legal standards regarding the employees' health negative impact psychosocial risk factors at the workplace; has been paid attention to legal protection of employee's health through social partnership and at the level of a separate organization. In addition, the author has paid attention to the existing problems in Russia. It has been revealed that at the legislative level some norms and principles which can be taken as the basis for the formation of a system for protecting employees from psychosocial risk are either ineffective or unsuitable applications and need further improvement
