The Development of the Competitive Strategy of the Bar X in the City of Moscow
With the development of world market relations, it is currently not intuitive enough to conduct business. To improve the efficiency of enterprise management, a competitive strategy is needed. Currently, in Moscow, the level of competition among catering establishments is so high that enterprises without a well-thought out competitive strategy are not able to successfully realize their competitive potential. This research is aimed at developing the strategy of the "Beersenev Bar" bar operating in the Moscow market.
