The issue of the democratization of modern society and the desire to build a ruleof-law state in the socio-political, morally-ethical and cultural life is becoming increasingly important in the context of the negative processes in connection with citizens' disbelief by virtue of state, the lack of its definite and developed strategic program and the goals of the new society is being created, legal excesses, spread of extremism and the moral turpitude of the younger generation, its belief in Western moral standards that are often contradictory to the Caucasian national mentality. Nevertheless, the impact of the forms of interaction between Sharia law, tribal customs and imperial laws on the legal foundations on the historical arena of the 19th century remains a controversial problem because of the different rules of human behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning, content and fundamental facilities of adat, shariah and Imperial laws and to reveal the results of their interaction.
