A Reorganization Concept of a Residential Compound in Korolev City

Lighting is an integral part of any project of space formation and involves a multifunctional and multi-level division. Light has a powerful effect on the human body, well-being and perception of the environment. It not only allows us to see - light stimulates and affects our mood and activity level. How to use the light to emphasize and transform the public space, to make it the most comfortable and safe? A more in-depth and detailed study of this issue will help identify the necessary approach and various implementation techniques. Modern lighting technologies allow to reveal the beauty of architecture at night, to give individuality to the same type of urban development, to transform, and if necessary to modify, the appearance of the city as a whole. Improvement of residential and public areas is becoming a conscious and necessary part. The level of comfort and attractiveness of such places largely depends on the quality of public spaces, landscaping and light design of these areas. With the development of LED technology and the comprehension of scenarios of spending time, fundamentally new methods of working with complex systems that take into account the specifics of various elements, the overall design and the nature of the space come. At the disposal of light designers there is a huge choice of light devices and technical solutions, which allow to find a balance between the expressiveness of the light pattern, comfort and safety. The study structure logically includes the following sections: • street lighting • area lighting • building lighting • lighting of sports facilities • landscape lighting • lighting of monuments As a result of the work, the most successful methods of functional and decorative lighting that can transform the look of the city are revealed.
