Legal Regulation of Sports Sponsorship and Advertising

The dissertation examines the volume of the world sports industry, its dynamics in the world and in the Russian Federation. The topic of the dissertation is relevant and of great practical importance as we can clearly compare the growth of economic conditions and the development of sports, both in the Russian Federation and in the world. The purpose of the master's thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the features of legal regulation of sports sponsorship and advertising in the Russian Federation, to identify problems that are clearly expressed in the gaps and conflicts of national legislation; development of proposals to improve the legal regime, in accordance with the practical reality. The main task is to identify the study and substantiation of the real essence of sports investment, sponsorship, advertising and PR of the most real existing problems in the framework of sponsorship activities between the participants of the relationship. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. Disclose the concept of "Sponsorship". 2. Identify the legal features and differences between the concepts of sponsorship, advertising, PR, charity and donations. 3. To highlight the legal aspects of sponsorship on the example of the English jurisdiction. 4. To analyze the features of the legal regime and the benefits of sponsorship. 5. To consider the main problems arising in the law enforcement of sponsorship in the context of sports, to propose ways to solve them; The modern normative concepts "sponsor" and "sponsor advertising" are analyzed, the definition of sponsorship is revealed, the main features of regulation of sports sponsorship and its advantages are defined, the main problems of sponsorship activity are considered.
