«Pay What You Want»: Consumer Choice Determinants

Pricing has always been a center of research. It has been studying both from the sellers and buyers points of view. The purpose of this research is to study one of the price setting strategy – Pay What You Want. We will examine how consumers are forming the price, when they are given the freedom of choice: pay or not to pay. Our experiment is aimed at people who had an experience in such practice, in particular, who attended free tours in Moscow. We are hoping to get how different variables influence people’s willingness to pay and their price size as a results.
