Keywords: new product introduction, supply chain management, process organization The aim of the work is to develop recommendations for increasing efficiency of "Henkel Rus" by improving the new product introduction process. As part of the work, the relevance of the raised topic was substantiated, an analysis of the company's position in the cosmetic industry in Russia, analysis of its financial and economic activities and analysis of the effectiveness of the introduction of new products were carried out, and process problems were identified. A review of the scientific literature was also conducted, on the basis of which the necessary transformations of the process were made. The economic efficiency of the proposed measures was proved on the strategic profit model.
