Theme: «Research of Peculiarities of Project Activities in a Logistics Operator Supporting Clients' Production Localization (LTD "Kuehne+Nagel" Case Study)». The volume of the master's work is 138 pages, which contains 59 figures, 25 tables and 1 formula. 42 sources were used to write the work. The object of the study is the project activity of the Russian division of the logistics operator LTD "Kuehne+Nagel". The subject of the study are the processes and principles that contribute and directly affect the organization of project activities of LTD "Kuehne+Nagel". The study consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusion, list of literature and application. In the introduction, the urgency of the problem is justified, the object and the subject are defined, the goal is set and the main tasks are formulated, the scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical significance are revealed. In the first Chapter are the analysis of the market of logistics operators, the analysis of financial, economic and logistics activities of LTD "Kuehne+Nagel", and are defined the range of existing problems in logistics. The second Chapter describes the features of the organization of project activities of the logistics operator, investigates the issues of cross-functional and inter-organizational integration, analyzes the modern methodology of the organization of project activities and developes a procedure of implementation the project activities by the logistics operator. In the third Chapter, on the basis of available data, the procedure of effective construction of the process of implementation of the project activities of the company was applied and the economic efficiency of the project was assessed. In conclusion are formulated the main conclusions and recommendations on the use of the research results.
