Optimization of Business Processes in the Department of Indirect Procurement in the Large Retail Company

The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of references. The introduction presents the relevance, purpose and objectives of the work. The first chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the company: a description of its activities, market position, financial position, logistics network, organizational structure, and describes the activities of the department of non-commercial procurement. In conclusion, the problems in the work of the department are shown, the solution of which will be presented in the following sections. The second chapter consists of an analysis of the literature on the topic of supplier management, the organization of the procurement process, and methods for optimizing the cost of non-commercial procurement. The works of both domestic and foreign authors are presented. The third chapter applies the studied methods. Next, procurement optimization solutions are implemented and lead to cost optimization. In addition, the last chapter presents a new organizational structure that addresses the shortcomings of the current one. The conclusion of this part is an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions. The final part of the work consists of summarizing the achievement of the goal and the solution of problems. The text of the work is presented on 75 pages, including 18 tables and 12 figures.
