Relevance: product creation and entering into the market are necessary for success of the company but often are the most difficult and risky tasks in activity of the enterprise. The main goal of this research is to develop new product creation and entering into the market strategy. Subject of inquiry: the LLC Elinar-Broiler company. Subject of investigation: development of new product creation and entering into the market strategy Research objectives: to consider the main approaches to definition of new goods; to study new product creation and development strategies, which are implemented all over the world; to reveal possible risks, which exist at the time of goods’ entering into the market; to study the market of meat in Russia and to reveal it’s features; to study the main players and competitors in the meat market; to consider the studied organization, its external and internal environment; to develop new product creation and entering into the market strategy for the Elinar-Broiler company. The total amount of the graduation thesis is 105 pages. It includes: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, list of references and annexes. The first chapter is about theoretical base of new product development and entering into the market strategies. The second chapter is about LLC Elinar- Broiler, company’s external and internal environment and about poultry market. v,ksejt;t;it The third chapter is about new product development end entering into the market strategy creation.
