Transformation of the Organizational Structure of the Company in Accordance with the New Strategy

The final qualifying paper is written on the theme “Transformation of the organizational structure of the company in accordance with the new strategy”. The relevance for the work is determined on the basis that the organizational structure of the company is assigned in modern conditions of business operation the role of the object of strategic changes in the process of strategy implementation. In this connection, the question of what strategic changes determine the need to transform the organizational structure of the company as a whole and its individual subsystems, in particular, which determined the relevance of the study, becomes urgent. The purpose of the study is to determine the direction of transformation of the organizational structure of the company in accordance with the new strategy. Object of study: the company "SL Capital", aka Changellenge. Subject of research: the organizational structure of the company in terms of business transformation. Research hypothesis: for SL Capital, the implementation of recommendations for changing the organizational structure in the context of strategic changes will reduce staff turnover and increase staff satisfaction. The main research questions are the assertions that a change in the organizational structure has a clear connection with the choice of a new strategy and results, and the organizational structure of a company is not always a key factor in accordance with the chosen strategy. The work consists of an introduction. Three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The first chapter presents the relationship between the organizational structure and the strategy of the company. To this end, the impact of the strategy on the “soft” and “hard” elements of the organization was analyzed: Model 7 “S”, parameters for evaluating the functioning and rationality of organizational structures. For this purpose, recommendations in this area are presented, as well as an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of the proposed changes. The second chapter considers the evolution of the structure of SL Capital LLC at separate stages of the life cycle. The third chapter is devoted to changing the organizational structure of SL Capital LLC in accordance with the new strategy. The amount of work is 76 pages. 21 tables, 13 figures, 5 applications were used in the work. References consist of 41 items.
