Formation of Ideological Foundations in the Process of Pre-University Tutorial in the Field of Technological Management

The master’s thesis is devoted to the formation of ideological foundations in the process of pre-University tutorial in the field of technological management The goal of the master’s thesis is to develop recommendations for the organization of pre-University training, which allows to form the ideological basis for professional activity in the field of technological management. In accordance with the goal in it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: 1. To describe the generational characteristics of different age groups of people. 2. To identify and characterize the special qualities and behavioral traits of the current generation of students and on this basis to formulate key features of building an effective dialogue with the current generation of students in their preparation for learning technological management. 3. To describe the functions of the technological manager in the company and his personal competence and on this basis to determine the role of the ideological foundations in the activities of the technological manager – innovative ideological foundations. 4. To formulate the definition of the technological manager's ideological foundations – innovative ideological foundations. 5. To develop a guide for conducting interviews with experts in order to identify the key conditions and factors affecting the process of forming the ideological foundations. To solve the tasks, such methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison, review of professional literature and Internet sources, interviews with experts are used. The result of the work is a number of the following recommendations: • Recommendation # 1. Changing the role of teachers in the educational process. • Recommendation # 2. The exit pupils beyond educational institutions. • Recommendation # 3. Include the student in the planning of their learning. • Recommendation # 4. The ability to link different disciplines together.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
