Peculiarities of Corporate Culture Creation in Global Organizations

It seems that a properly formed corporate culture of the company can can definitely serve as a basis for high performance. What is more, in today's environment, both large corporations alongside with small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly entering the international level, and therefore the global aspect of the formation of corporate culture is of particular interest. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the formation of a successful corporate culture with consideration of regional characteristics in global organizations on the example of the Russian IT-company JSC "Kaspersky Lab". The main points that will lead to the achievement of the above-mentioned goal are: 1. To define the concept of corporate culture, its components and stages of formation; 2. To study the existing scientific models in analysis of corporate culture of the organization; 3. To define the relationship of corporate culture and national characteristics; 4. To analyze the corporate culture of Kaspersky Lab JSC using the tools discussed in the theoretical Chapter of the study; 5. To identify the features of the formation of corporate culture, taking into account domestic characteristics; 6. To highlight the key features of the formation of corporate culture on the example of the case of the company. The result of the work will be the author's recommendations for improving the corporate culture elements of Kaspersky Lab, taking into account national peculiarities in accordance with the company's strategic goals, presented in the Conclusions and Recommendations and Conclusion paragraphs.
