Interrelationship of Organizational Factors with Personnel Assessment in Russian Companies

In the paper, the author analyses the impact of organizational factors on formation and application of personnel assessment in companies, which operate in Russia. Author made theoretical model of organizational factors’ impact on personnel assessment system and tested it through quantitative analysis of data, which was gathered during joint research of Higher School of Economics and Talent Q in 2018. As the results of the analysis, the factors which impact on the presence/absence of personnel assessment in the organization are identified. The factors connecting with specifics of personnel assessment are also indicated.
