Epidemic Models for Controlling and Optimization of Information Spreading in Networks

In this paper we study an optimal control problem for a process of information spreading in the Network. This model is based on modified epidemiological model SIR. The optimality conditions are obtained. The structure of optimal control is determined. Singular controls are analyzed. The algorithm of numerical solutions of the problem is implemented in Python. The behavior of the described model is analyzed when parameters of the problem are changed.
