Government Policy Towards Small Business

Final qualifying work on "State support of small business" includes the following sections: introduction, theoretical section, analytical section and conclusion, as well as a list of references. The final qualifying work contains 65 pages, 12 figures, 3 tables, 59 sources of scientific, reference and normative literature. The aim of the research is the development of the actions directed on improvement of state support of small business in Russia that will be the basis of increase of efficiency of functioning of this sector of the economy and the basis of economic growth of the Russian economy. The object of the research is the small business sector of the domestic economy. Subject – a set of organizational, legal and financial bases of state support of small business. In the first Chapter theoretical essence of small business is studied, the role and functions in the domestic economy are defined. The Chapter analyzes the historical stages of formation and development of small business, considered the Soviet and post-Soviet period of small business development in Russia. The Chapter also presents the subjects, goals and objectives of state regulation of small business in the Russian Federation. The final question of the first Chapter presents the foreign experience of state support for the development of small business. The second Chapter is a practical part and is devoted to the analysis of state support of small business in Russia. The objectives of the practical study were to assess the current state of small business in the Russian Federation, the analysis of state methods of support of small business in the Russian Federation, the assessment of problems, and the development of measures for the development of state support of small business in the Russian Federation. The analysis of the main indicators of small business, which allowed to identify the range of problems of small business and offer the direction of improving its support on this basis.
