In modern world almost everyone has ever used the services of transport companies to send parcels. With the advent of the Internet it has become much easier to find out the cost of a particular shipment using the built-in delivery calculators embedded in transport companies' websites. The number of transport companies are growing, each of them offers different delivery conditions both in terms of cost and duration, which leads to the fact that in order to send cargos from one city to another, users have to look for transport companies’ websites, to understand the interface of each, to enter into each delivery calculator the data necessary for calculating the cost and duration of delivery, to compare these offers among themselves. It is tiring, takes a lot of time, and ultimately the user may still not choose the best offer, because user basically cannot pay attention to some not very well-known company, or simply do not have enough time to search. This paper describes a web service "Aggregator of Cargo Delivery Offers", designed to solve the problems of finding favorable conditions for sending parcels. The analysis of competitors is given, the architectural solution chosen for the aggregator, the technology with which the development was carried out, and the final result obtained with the future prospects of the project development are examined and justified.
