Identification of Significant Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Taxi Drivers on Example of Yandex.Taxi Service

The purpose of the study is to identify factors affecting the Yandex.Taxi driver’s satisfaction in order to provide relevant recommendations. The analysis is based on a driver’s survey and a series of depth interviews. As a result of the research, the most significant factors affecting on the high level of driver’s satisfaction are steadily working application, the existence of the driver’s loyalty program, the level of the trip commission, the possibility of creating free work schedule. Conducting research can be useful for improving the quality of services for drivers and companies, that respectively, will allow to form a high-quality offer for passengers
