The object of research in this paper is a nonlinear indefinite system with magnetic levitation – MagLev ball. The aim of this work is the construction of adaptive control using the method of State Depended Coefficients (SDC), the solution of the Riccati equation depending on the state of system State Dependent Riccati Equation (SDRE). Firstly, the theory of solving the problems of finding the optimal control was presented, then the mathematical model of the problem was described, and an experiment was conducted in the MatLab Simulink program, during which the system was modeled and the control over it was visualized. As a result of modeling, adequate answers corresponding to common sense were obtained, which can be used in further studies of this question.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
