This graduation work is devoted to optimization of warehouse using different methods. Optimization is one of the most important parts of working process in every modern company. Talking about warehouse, it is especially important to optimize its works in order to be competitive enough. Nowadays there are many different ways of innovating warehouse. For example, Radio Frequency Identification as a tool of inventory or ABC analysis as the way to optimize stored goods. However, Warehouse Management System still has the leading position in this question. In this work, all these methods will be discussed and some of them will be analysed as the methods to optimize the work of concrete warehouse considered in this paper. This work’s goal is to find the methods to optimize the work of the warehouse. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and references. Key words: optimization, warehouse, ABC-analysis, XYZ-analysis, IT tools, WMS.
