Psychodynamic Aspects of Teamwork and Their Impact on Project Implementation

Annotation. The aim of master's thesis is the study and analysis of the theoretical, practical features of team building, team aspects of psychodynamic influence on realization of the project. The object of the study commercial Department of the Russian Company and Trade Company in the TOP - 5 for the production and sale of packaging in Russia. Subject of research: psychodynamic aspects of interpersonal relations between participants in the commercial management group and their impact on the realization of the commercial project. In accordance with the purpose of the study the following theoretical and empirical task. Theoretical problems identify main aspects and principles of forming teams in the business, the types, characteristics and life cycle of commands, roles, conflicts psychoanalytic approach and application value of psychoanalytic concepts in working with teams, psycho-types team members on the effectiveness of the project. Empirical challenges to explore the role and personality of leader psych type (owner), baseline assumptions, roles and I-functions and their relationship with the Group of basic assumptions, explore relationship psychodynamic aspects of interpersonal relations between participant’s in-group underlying assumptions and their impact on the realization of the commercial project. As a result, studies and observations group sample formed the conclusion that in the Organization at the same time, there are two groups: the working group and the underlying assumptions of dependency. Basic assumption dependency, and essentially is a protective mechanism that allows the group to avoid contact with reality, i.e. acknowledge its infantile position, dependence on the leader and remain closed for transformation system. Psychodynamic aspects identified in the group allow you to establish a link between them and the low efficiency of the Group's activities to implement the negative dynamics of commercial project.
