In various social media exists the task of analyzing user behavior in the Internet space. Negative user behavior creates reputational risks for individuals as well as for entire companies. In this paper, the research and development of a trolling detection system in messages is performed. An analysis of existing solutions shows the importance of using emotional vocabulary, syntactic features and meta-information from a social network in addition to standard unigram features. The best results show methods of combining weak models in a stronger classifier.
