Constitutional Change without Constitutional Amendments.

In this work we will investigate different ways of changing the sense of rules of Constitution and compare them with "traditional" ways of changing them, which we can find in this document. To analyze these questions we will use concrete acts of Russian law system and acts of the Court, which can change the sense of constitutional rules. We will find out how they affect to the constitutional rules and try to detect the tendencies of the transformation of Constitution and its consequences.
