Possibilities of Regulation of E-Commerce in BRICS

In the last decade, digital trade has become one of the key trends in global development, radically changing the traditional structure of world trade. BRICS countries take an active part in the development and dissemination of digital trade at the international level, develop national regulatory frameworks in this field, as well as seek mutual cooperation in the formation of a joint platform within the organization. This study is devoted to the analysis of key aspects of regulation and functioning of digital trade in the BRICS countries. The study provides an overview of the main trends in the development of digital trade in the world, the key aspects of digital trade regulation in BRICS countries, as well as the case studies of two digital trade platforms.
