Development of the Clothing Brand Development Strategy
(Bachelor’s programme)
The purpose of this work was to develop strategic recommendations for the development of the company “I Want!". To achieve this goal, the tasks defined in the introduction were performed:

• Defined the concept of “strategy” relevant to the application in this work;

• Describes the step-by-step process of developing the company's development strategy;

• The methods of strategic analysis are considered and the reasons for their application are explained;

• The analysis of the external environment using the methods of Pest-analysis and analysis of porter's 5 forces, analysis of consumer preferences, as well as the General trends of the clothing market and features of the streetwear niche;

• The analysis of the internal environment of the company – defined stage of the life cycle of the company on Adizes, described the value chain of porter, analyzed the company's resources using the Grant matrix.

• Developed strategic recommendations for the development of the company “I Want!” based on the SWOT analysis.

Based on the selected factors and features of the streetwear niche, selected from the experience of the world's most successful companies, strategic recommendations were developed for the company “I Want!".

The work can be used to develop similar strategies of streetwear brands, but more detailed study of strategic decisions and analysis of the quality of the proposed product of the studied company is necessary.
