Today, more than a hundred companies that provide cargo delivery services compete in the Russian market. Interestingly, given the general trend towards the creation of platforms-aggregators in various industries, there is still no solution for the freight market that would satisfy the interest of users. As part of analyzing the prospects for entering the postal operators aggregator market, I consider it necessary to solve the problem, which is the uncertainty of the volume of demand for this information resource, and also, which is typical for many startups, the uncertainty of the sources of profit from the project. The study resulted in reliable conclusions about the relevance of the described aggregator on the Russian market, taking into account the views of the intended target audience. As part of the work, it is planned to draw parallels with existing aggregators that exist within other markets: air travel, hotel business. With the successful completion of the study and the achievement of goals, the work should be the basis for future research, as well as the first step in the process of creating an aggregator of freight forwarders. In the theoretical part of the work, the description of models of Porter’s 5 forces and PEST analysis, their main advantages and disadvantages, as well as key features that must be considered when working with these models will be presented. The information obtained as a result of working on the theoretical part will be applied in practice with respect to the postal operators aggregator, as a result of which relevant conclusions will be drawn about the competitive environment, based on Porter’s forces model 5, and political, economic, social and technological will be highlighted factors that have the strongest influence on the successful launch of the project. The second chapter will describe in more detail the idea of the project, as well as more reliably determine whether the project concept meets the requirements of the target audience. The structure of the second chapter will be based on the consideration of the business model of the project according to the scheme of Alexander Ostervalder, where the most attention is planned to be paid to the analysis of the target audience and user preferences. This goal will be achieved through a survey, which involves working with respondents in the amount of 200 people - representatives of different age and social groups living in several cities. In addition to analyzing the target audience, within the framework of working with the business model, an analysis of existing solutions on the market that provide competition is described, the organizational structure of the company is described at different stages of the project development, value propositions and other points of interaction with the target audience, including a brief analysis of promotion channels in the context of a marketing campaign. Further, in the course of the work, a forecast of service attendance will be given, based on the experience of existing aggregators, and the main sources of attracting investments and ways to monetize the project will be considered. The work contains 10 figures and 9 tables
