Brief conclusions of the work: • Alternative dispute resolution methods in economic affairs are effectively used in foreign countries; • In Russia, these methods are underdeveloped and for the most part are not effective; • With due legislative reforms and popularization of alternative dispute resolution methods in Russia, they can significantly relieve the state court system and become a good alternative for this category of cases.
