The object of the research is the field of digital health (Digital Health), which implies the use of information and communication technologies to improve the quality of care, its availability and speed. This direction includes the full cycle of information processing, including the collection, storage, systematization, analytics and data exchange between users of the system. The subject of the research is the analysis of the activities of medical IT startups. Goals and objectives of the study: 1. Assess the current state of information technology in the field of health; 2. To identify the main requirements for the integration of new technologies in Russia; 3. Examine innovative directions in the field of DigitalHealth; 4. To conduct an economic analysis of companies: DocDoc, Doc +, BestDoctor; 5. Formulate the main scenarios for the development of IT-technologies in medicine; 6. To offer recommendations for improving the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of medical care as a result of the use of information technology. Practical significance: recommendations to legislative authorities, doctors, patients, IT-companies in the field of Digital Health. Scientific novelty: in the context of medical IT startups, key perspectives and barriers to the development of digital health care in Russia were considered.
