Legal Model of Single Real Estate Object in Civil Law of Russia and Continental Europe

The present work investigates model of unitary object of immovable property in civil law of continental Europe and Russia. The main aim of this work is to discern if unitary object model is adoptable for Russian nomocracy. In order to elucidate this question, paper examines following: the basic principles of unitary object model; issues of real and obligatory rights, particularly, building leasehold and tenancy, and legal mechanism of condominium rights; legal regime of component parts of land plot and subsoils.
