Development of an Information System for Epidemiological Index forcasting by region of the Russian Federation.

The main purpose of this work is to develop an information system for forecasting the epidemiological index of influenza in the regions of the Russian Federation. To accomplish this goal, all the necessary tasks were performed during the work. First of all, an automated data collection and storage system was implemented for further processing and building on their basis a forecast of the epidemiological index of influenza in all regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the obtained data, the epidemiological index of influenza has been predicted for regions of the Russian Federation with the help of deep learning on the open platform Visual Gene Developer. Visualization of historical data and forecast was performed using the developed interface connected to the Google Big Query database.
