The main goal of the study is to research the investor syndications relationship and factors affecting the profitability of such organizations. To achieve the goal we solve some tasks: 1) Analysis of the venture capital market in Russia 2) Researching of venture investment technologies 3) Reviewing of existing methods for evaluating the effectiveness of venture investment 4) Assessment of the relationship between the profitability of the organization engaged in venture capital investment and a number of parameters, one of which is the organizational and legal form of the organizations (including venture funds). To solve these tasks we use empirical, statistical and regression analysis, graphical analysis and analysis of some base indicators. The work consists of an introduction, three main chapters and a conclusion, a total of 46 pages. The work involved 11 graphs, 4 tables and 36 sources of literature. It was found that the syndicated structure of business significantly negatively affects the efficiency of the funds, and the legal form and status of the company from the point of view of ownership positively significantly affect it too.
