Factors of Providing of Nursing Staff in Public Health Care Institutions (on the Example of the Samara Region)
Today, domestic medicine is experiencing a weakening of the personnel potential of the industry. Inability to meet the needs of public health institutions in providing nurses is one of the most important problems in the field of health management. The object of the study is the provision of nurses of public health institutions. The purpose of the study is to identify factors providing nursing staff of health care institutions. The scientific novelty of the study is to consider the factors of providing state medical institutions with nurses. Despite the fact that the topic of providing the health care industry with workforce has always been a hot topic for researchers, previous studies have focused more on the problem of attracting and retaining doctors, with most of the studies focusing only on material incentives as a factor of support. The findings may be of interest both to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and to medical institutions. After examining the real factors that keep nurses in health care facilities, they will be able to revise policies to reduce staff turnover.
