Emission of electrons represents a phenomenon of electron emissions by solid or liquid substances under different an external, impacts: heating, sunlight, electric field etc. Field emission is one of the most significant types of emission, as potentially this emission mechanism allows the largest emission current. This paper mainly focuses on the quantum-mechanical phenomenon in a tiny dimension (nano) silicon cathode. This work shall assumingly yield a solution for equation for the potential in the case of a single emitter.
