The Feautures of the Mortgage Insurance in Russia

The scientific study focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the mortgage insurance market in Russia in the period from 2005 to 2018. The research investigates the Russian and foreign perspectives of the mortgage insurance’ development, mortgage programs, and the features of the functioning of the mortgage insurance’s mechanism in Russia and abroad. The analysis of indicators describing the dynamics of the mortgage insurance’s market and the mortgage lending’s market is carried out, factors affecting the quality and stability in the operation of the system are identified, and the recommendations are made for the further successful development of mortgage insurance in Russia.
