This work is devoted to the research and analysis of modern technological solutions, based on the concept of the Internet of Things and the industrial Internet of Things. The work is aimed at the development of an effective model of data control and acquisition which is deployed at industrial facilities. The first part of the work includes compares related technological solutions, found during the course of research and justification of the advantages and disadvantages. The comparative analysis uses data obtained in early research, aimed at technological development and competitive technological base review. The second part of the work handles a number of empirical studies aimed at the practical assessment of efficiency, implemented on real equipment and/or with help of process modelling systems. In the course of the research, the quality of the integrations is checked, and an optimal configuration of control and data acquisition system is determined as a result.
