The Impact of HRМ Practices on Increasing Employee Engagement (the Case of LLC "Monolit" Construction Company)

In the modern world, employees are the company's key competitive advantage. Engaged employees bring much more value to themselves and the organization. This study will examine the relationship between the level of employee engagement and HRM practices. Fifty-two staff members were surveyed. The Q12 Gallup questionnaire and the Utrecht Involvement Scale are used as the main survey instruments. Data processing: regression analysis. Positive feedback was found between the practices of stimulating employees with financial incentives, training and development practices, practices of feedback from the manager with the level of engagement.
