Optimization of Production Processes in Acordance with Green Logistics Solution

This graduation work is devoted to optimization of production processes in accordance with green logistics solutions. Modern companies in order to meet the requirements of government and technology development should consider their impact on the environment and try to reduce it. However, most of the companies believe that applying of green logistics programs is economically inefficient. Moreover, sometimes enterprises do not know how to do this. This paper's goals are to consider the process of introducing the principles of environmental-oriented logistics in enterprises proving that it can bring some benefits to the company. The research provides a full picture of the process of implementation green technologies on the company based on the information received by the interview with several company’s employees. The study also shows quantitative results to demonstrate the efficiency of these projects. This work also introduces а new practical solutions for other companies to being green.
