Methodology of Creation and Evaluation of Quality of Integrated Report

The thesis contains an analysis of methods of evaluation of quality of information in integrated report which are presented in the regulatory legal regulation and in specialized literature. It is concluded that there is no universal methodology of assessing of quality of integrated report (IR) and developed the author's methodology using a qualitative approach to the evaluation. It is considered in the method the importance of each component of the IR when assessing the quality of information and involved the assessment of experts’ competence. The method has been successfully tested on the example of two international companies Master Plastics Limited and CEMEX. Also, a theoretical and methodological framework was developed for the formation of integrated report for JSC "Institute of polymers" (enterprise from the real business) for the purpose of increasing its investment attractiveness.
