Liability of Members of Corporate Governing Bodies

The work is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of bringing to responsibility a person who performs the functions of a sole executive body and members of a collegial, collegial executive body of corporate organizations. The author proposed to divide the legal responsibility of members of the governing bodies on responsibility in corporate relations and related responsibility arising from relations that go beyond corporate ones, and defined the subject composition of responsibility. The work also distinguishes between the concepts of guilt and wrongful conduct.
