Final qualifying work Elmurodov of Sardorbek Otabek coals on the topic "anti-Doping Protocol, additional Protocol with the anti-doping rule violation, the notification of the athlete on the doping control test" set forth in 68 sheets and when writing is used more than 40 sources. The aim of the study is to identify the main legal and procedural problems of anti-doping legislation at the international and national levels. The first Chapter discusses the concept of doping and the history of entry into the sports sphere, a phased historical chronology of doping in sports and the current state of the problem-doping. Having studied the history, characteristics and opinions of other scientists, the researcher gives his definition of doping. The second Chapter is the main part of this work devoted to the stages of doping control procedure, equipment of doping control point and accompanying documentation. In the first paragraph, the procedure and actual problems of the procedure of notification of the athlete about doping control are studied in detail and with the use of judicial practice. After that, the researcher suggests ways to improve this procedure. Paragraph three deals with the doping control Protocol and the additional Protocol. The doping control Protocol form has been analyzed and disclosed. In the process of studying the judicial practice identified urgent problems related to the filling of the doping control inspector of the document. The Protocol of doping control is considered on the example of the Protocol on administrative violation and, accordingly, it is proposed to eliminate the gaps by establishing specific requirements for completing the doping Protocol and sanctions if they are not met. The findings of the study may favorably affect the anti-doping system, protect the rights of athletes, coaches and other subjects of anti-doping struggle.
