Optimization of Logistics Costs in the Enterprise

The growing interest in the study of logistics is due to the potential for improving the efficiency of the enterprise, which opens when using the concepts of logistics (principles) of servicing various sectors of the economy. At the same time, the use of logistics is aggravated by the need for scientific substantiation of management decisions, their optimization and practical efficiency, the need for competent, highly qualified use of modern models and management methods in the enterprise. In this paper, the company's logistics business processes were analized and proposed measures to reduce logistics costs, and justified the effectiveness of their development.
