Franchise Agreement under the Russian Legislation

In this graduation thesis author answers the issues surrounding the franchise agreement under the Russian legislation. This work unravels unobvious difficulties that may be faced by those who contacts franchise agreements as franchisor, franchisee or practitioner in intellectual property or investment law.
