EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING THE FINANCIAL CONDITION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MMOO "AIESEC") Annotation There are many ways to evaluate the effectiveness of NPOs, but the best one has not yet been chosen. To attract funding and loyalty from society, an organization must prove its social profitability and value. The purpose of this work is to study the existing methods of assessing the effectiveness of the enterprise and offer options for improving the financial condition of the organization on the basis of the analysis. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. to study the essence of the concept of efficiency, the role, principles and types; 2. analyze the problems of evaluating the effectiveness of NPOs; 3. to determine the classical methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of a non-profit organization; 4. to carry out a comparative analysis of the two main projects of the ISMC “ISIC” 5. to conduct a brief analysis of the financial indicators of the ISMC; 6. draw conclusions based on the analysis and develop recommendations for improving financial condition.
