Service Level Management in the Distributor Company (on the Example of the Trading Company "MOY DOM")

The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop an algorithm for the implementation of the process of managing the level of customer service in a wholesale company, on example the company "MOY DOM". The subject of study of this work are the material and corresponding financial, information flows that appear in the commercial activities of the wholesale company "MOY DOM" in the Russian market of household goods. As well as the tasks of analyzing the activities of wholesale companies on the Russian market of products for the home and trends in their work, as well as the analysis of existing approaches to the management level of logistics services. Key words: management of logistic service, level of service, interaction with clients, wholesale companies. The volume of the thesis 100 pages, which contains 37 figures and 7 tables. When writing the diploma used 27 sources.
