Year of Graduation: 2019

The paper presents mathematical model of DLP-system in the form of a closed queueing network. Both analytical and computer methods are used to analyze the work of the system. We obtain the stationary distribution of the number of jobs in the network and performance measures such as the average number of employees in the waiting mode and the average downtime. Computer simulation is implemented using the Wolfram Mathematica package
