Psychoanalytic Approach to the Assertive Behavior of a Leader in a Situation of Existential Uncertainty

The graduation paper is devoted to the study of the influence of the level of assertiveness on the repetitivness of professional success in the conditions of existential uncertainty. Unconscious conflicts that underlie decision-making process by leaders in conditions of high uncertainty were analyzed basing on the analysis of six cases. The research revealed facts and patterns that do not fit into the initial hypothesis, but deserve attention and further investigation.
