Appeal of Judicial Acts by Rersons Not Participating in the Case in Civil and Criminal Proceedings

This paper analyzes the right to appeal against judicial acts by persons not involved in the case, in civil and criminal proceedings. The correlation of this right with the General law of non-judicial protection, taking into account the theoretical developments and judicial practice of Russian and foreign judicial bodies. The theoretical and dogmatic foundations of the right to appeal by persons not involved in the case are analyzed. The author of this work also tried to highlight other possible ways to protect the rights of such persons, as well as to identify the advantages and disadvantages of such methods. Finally, this paper identifies problems related to the appeal of judicial acts by persons not involved in the case. It is worth noting that this work is actually the first study of the rights and characteristics of persons not involved in the civil and criminal proceedings. The author tried to conduct not only a comprehensive analysis of this category of persons, but also to identify theoretical and practical problems associated with the implementation of persons not involved in the process of appealing judicial acts.
