Analytical Decision-Making in the Task of Outsourcing in Effective Technologies Group of Companies

The purpose of this study was to analyze the possibility and efficiency of transferring the processes using Business Process Modeling method. The basis of the problem regarding the analysis of the need to implement outsourcing that the research study aimed to explore the identification of the prerequisites for outsourcing. In order to get relevant information on the literature and terminology on the chosen topic was studied, methodologies and theories were studied more deeply.

Various aspects of the usage of outsourcing in the organizations were

covered. Firstly, the previous experience and background study (including methodologies and standards) were investigated. Secondly, business cases were analyzed and the prerequisites were identified. After that, the received recommendations were applied to the company's processes, the list of recommendations was adjusted and generalized.

Finally, the hypothesis of the possible implementation of the method for outsourcing processes was suggested.
