The Master's thesis is devoted to Normative Legal Anchoring of Patient's Status in the Russian Federation. Analysis of foreign practices, an expert survey of specialists, as well as a comparison of the regulatory framework on this issue in the Russian Federation and the United States are conducted in the study. Based on the data the autor suggests some practical solutions, concerning Normative Legal Anchoring of Patient's Status in the Russian Federation, and defines prospects of development of patient's status in the Russian Federation.
