This work is an attempt to realize a research interest in religion, not by itself, but in relation to society and the state. In this paper, an attempt has been made to approach the topic being studied is not biased and impartial, which implies neutrality of the position and the absence of early conclusions. It was especially difficult to maintain such a position when considering various facts and factors around and within the ROC: information on this matter quickly acquires numerous opinions of caring commentators who have their own often caustic (and, as they think, piercing) view of things. The purpose of the work is to establish the principles on which church-state relations are built.
